Legal Associate / Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated lawyer with 1‑5 years of post‑qualified experience to join Drew & Napier’s expanding legal teams. The successful candidate will work across one of our core practice areas – Dispute Resolution, Corporate & Finance, Intellectual Property or Real Estate – and will contribute to delivering high‑quality, innovative solutions for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers in handling complex matters within the assigned practice area.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, contracts, opinions and other substantive documents.
• Participate in client meetings, negotiations and court appearances as appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide integrated advice.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation and case law.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 1‑5 years of post‑qualified experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering legal excellence.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn from senior colleagues.
