Legal Consultant (Vietnamese Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking Vietnamese‑speaking Legal Consultants to support Fortune 500 clients from our Singapore office. The role involves providing commercial legal advice, drafting and negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Work side‑by‑side with the legal and business teams of Fortune 500 clients to provide commercially tailored support.
• Provide practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals and initiatives.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines.
• Maintain and update documentation to reflect the most recent regulatory requirements.
• Advise business clients directly and offer practical solutions for corporate policies as needed.

Required profile

• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
• Excellent/native ability to read and write in both English and Vietnamese (essential).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
