Legal Consultant – Vietnamese Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a Vietnamese‑speaking Legal Consultant to join Axiom’s team in Singapore. The role supports Fortune 500 clients, providing commercial legal advice in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with legal and business teams of Fortune 500 clients to deliver commercially‑focused support.
• Provide practical legal advice on transactional matters aligned with business objectives.
• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements across multiple business lines.
• Maintain documentation in line with the latest regulatory requirements.
• Advise business clients directly and offer solutions for corporate policy issues as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Native‑level fluency in Vietnamese and strong written English skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Legal research and contract drafting.
• Commercial law knowledge.
