About the role
The Legal Counsel & Contract Manager will join the Legal, Contract and Compliance (LC&C) Department of Thales International Division (DGDI) for Southeast Asia. Reporting to the LC&C Director for Southeast Asia, the role supports all Thales businesses in the region and covers activities of the Cybersecurity Premium Services (CPS) and Payment Services (PAY) business lines.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel and contract management for CPS and PAY business line activities in Southeast Asia.
- Support the legal, contract and compliance needs of Thales’ aerospace, defence, digital identity and cybersecurity businesses in the region.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to mitigate legal and contractual risks.
Required profile
- Advanced academic background in Law, Contract Management, Business or a related field, equivalent to a Master’s degree (EU/UK/SG/US or comparable).
