About the role
We are partnering with a leading organization to strengthen its in‑house legal team. The Legal Counsel will provide corporate and commercial legal support across the region, ensuring that business operations are compliant and risk‑aware.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts and legal documents.
- Provide practical legal advice to business stakeholders on corporate and commercial matters.
- Support contract management, compliance, regulatory and risk‑management initiatives.
- Advise on corporate governance issues and business projects.
- Liaise with external counsel when required.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years of post‑qualification experience in private practice and/or in‑house.
- Strong background in commercial contracting and corporate advisory work.
- Commercially minded with excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
