Legal Counsel – Regulatory (FinTech)

About the role

We are seeking a Regulatory Legal Counsel to join our fast‑growing FinTech team. The role balances product development support with commercial and regulatory advisory across Singapore and the broader APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to support marketing and sales solutions for digital products.
• Provide regulatory advice for cross‑border transactions.
• Draft and review commercial agreements, including finance and technology contracts.
• Liaise with MAS, SFC and other regional regulators to monitor and implement regulatory changes.
• Ensure proactive compliance across the group’s product launches.

Required profile

• 3–7 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) as a qualified lawyer.
• Training from a reputable law firm, preferably in a regulatory or TMT practice.
• Demonstrated experience in TMT, regulation, or in‑house legal work.
• Adaptable and agile mindset suited to a rapidly expanding global company.
