Job description
About the role
This position supports the General Counsel and the legal team in a listed‑company environment, handling governance, intellectual property administration, contract support and legal operations. The role is hands‑on, high‑trust and ideal for a detail‑oriented professional who can work independently while escalating higher‑risk matters.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate governance records, including board and shareholder resolutions, statutory registers and entity information.
- Coordinate with corporate secretarial service providers in Singapore and overseas for annual filings, corporate actions and statutory compliance.
- Support subsidiary governance matters such as director records, authorised signatories and inter‑company approvals.
- Administer the group’s IP portfolio, track filings, renewals and deadlines, and liaise with external IP counsel.
- Organise, file and maintain legal contracts, corporate records and other documentation, ensuring clear and accessible storage.
- Maintain and update legal trackers for contracts, entities, IP and approvals to improve visibility and control.
Required profile
- Highly organised and reliable with a strong sense of ownership over recurring legal workstreams.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced, international business environment.
- Ability to recognise when to escalate non‑routine or higher‑risk matters to senior legal counsel.
- Experience supporting governance, corporate secretarial or IP administration in a listed‑company context is a plus.
