Legal Specialist

About the role

Farlight Games is expanding its overseas business and needs a Legal Specialist to lead compliance research and provide actionable recommendations. You will work closely with product, business, and legal teams to ensure global distribution meets all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct compliance research for globally distributed games and produce analysis reports.
• Monitor legal, regulatory, and industry trends across international markets and create market‑intelligence briefs.
• Manage cross‑border legal operations, including contract review, product compliance verification, and legal training for business teams.
• Liaise with external counsel worldwide to address jurisdiction‑specific issues.

Required profile

• Understanding of legal work in the Internet and gaming industry and familiarity with relevant laws and regulations.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and persuasive written and verbal communication.
• Ownership mentality, self‑driven execution, and resilience in fast‑paced environments.
• Team‑oriented with stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in both Chinese and English.
