Line Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Line Maintenance Technician to ensure our production line equipment operates efficiently and continuously. You will join Infineon’s manufacturing team, supporting test cells and final test equipment in a fast‑paced semiconductor environment. The role involves close collaboration with operators and engineering teams to maintain high equipment availability and support green manufacturing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production equipment breakdowns.
• Diagnose and fix test‑cell setup problems.
• Perform line equipment checks, restoration, and kit conversions.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and monthly calibration of testers.
• Impart basic troubleshooting skills to operators.
• Participate in Green Line initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience working with final test equipment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts (day or night) and commit to a 24‑month contract.
