Locum Healthcare Assistant – Weekdays

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Locum Healthcare Assistant to join our team on weekdays, providing essential personal care and support to residents in our facilities across Singapore. This part‑time position offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work any three days from Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with daily basic hygiene and personal care for residents.
• Support residents during bathing and diaper changes.
• Participate in and facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Assist therapists or psychologists with resident interventions.
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment in resident rooms and common areas.
• Collect and record data on residents’ progress and wellbeing.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen.
• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare (Nursing Care), HMI or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably at least one year of experience in home care, nursing home, community hospital or hospital settings.
• Willingness to work any three weekdays.

Required skills

• Basic caregiving and personal hygiene assistance.
• Ability to follow care plans and document resident information accurately.
