About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Administrator to support our operations on a 6‑month contract in Singapore. The role involves on‑site duties at customer locations, handling cargo sorting, labeling, and coordinating pick‑ups. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

Perform on‑site duties at customer locations as assigned
Book, sort, label, and release cargo
Arrange pick‑up with transporters
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues
Support physical operations and ensure tasks are completed on schedule

Required profile

Junior level candidate
Available to work Monday‑Friday 08:30‑17:30 and alternate Saturdays 08:30‑12:30
Based in Singapore or able to commute to the Changi area
