Logistics Administrator

About the role

Fuku is hiring a Logistics Administrator in Singapore, working full-time on a Monday to Friday basis. The role covers document verification, order processing and ERP tasks, with a night shift option and a rotating shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify customer shipping requirements and preferred shipping modes.
• Ensure sales orders are issued and billed on time, with supporting documents uploaded to the ERP system.
• Update documents in Excel and share relevant information with the operations team.
• Match packing documents with the Shipment Management System (SMS).
• Create purchase requests, receipts and stock transfers in the ERP system.
• Run weekly and monthly cycle counts and record results in the ERP system.
• Communicate with customers by email, Teams and phone, and liaise with teams to fulfil orders.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.

Required profile

• Diploma qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Logistics Admin.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehousing environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, meticulous environment and to commit to overtime, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to follow a monthly rotating shift schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
• ERP system tasks (as described above).

What we offer

• Night shift allowance of $15 per shift.
• Working hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm or 8:30pm to 5:30am, Monday to Friday.
• Work location at 33 Greenwich or 35 Greenwich, with possible site rotation.
