Logistics Assistant & Executive (Junior)

About the role

We are a local SME looking for a motivated Logistics Assistant/Executive to join our operations team. You will handle order processing, packing, and coordinate deliveries with third‑party carriers while supporting stock forecasting and overseas import activities for our online store.

Key responsibilities

• Admin tasks for eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, company website)
• Verify pricing and stock accuracy through random stock‑taking
• Prepare invoices, print waybills, and pack daily orders
• Enter and maintain data related to orders and inventory
• Arrange delivery schedules with third‑party logistics providers
• Assist the operations team with stock forecasting and import coordination

Required profile

• Fresh ITE or diploma graduate, eager to learn
• Valid driving licence is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to perform physical packing tasks (up to 10 kg)

Required skills

• Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Comfortable using a computer for data entry and eCommerce order processing
