Logistics Executive – Travel Retail (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to support Shiseido’s Travel Retail business in Singapore. The role will manage export shipments, coordinate with internal teams and third‑party logistics partners, and contribute to monthly logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process export orders and prepare all required shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely export shipments.
• Support monthly housekeeping tasks, including open‑order management and logistical assistance.
• Develop and share monthly schedules with internal and external partners to guarantee timely order processing.
• Prepare data for monthly reporting and analytics.
• Undertake any additional logistics‑related projects as required.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in supply chain management or a related discipline.
• At least one year of relevant logistics or supply‑chain experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Self‑starter with high energy, positivity and enthusiasm.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
