Logistics Specialist – Asset Management

About the role

The Logistics Specialist – Asset Management is responsible for overseeing asset tracking operations, ensuring secure handling of asset data, and supporting continuous improvement of logistics services. The role works closely with stakeholders to align logistics activities with organisational governance and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate logistics requirements and activities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Apply operational policies, standards and procedures while performing basic risk assessments.
• Support incident or crisis management initiatives within the department.
• Drive continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality of logistics services.
• Conduct workplace safety and health (WSH) activities, risk assessments and incident reporting.
• Assist technology projects and apply latest tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Execute day‑to‑day logistics operations in line with customer and contractual requirements.
• Perform asset management security operations, data‑handling procedures and data consolidation tasks.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS), supply‑chain software or ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Power Platform.
• GCE N/O Levels or NITEC qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or vendor management.
