Logistics Specialist – Warehouse & Cold Chain Management

About the role

The Logistics Specialist – Warehouse & Cold Chain Management ensures safe, efficient, and compliant handling of goods within a warehouse environment. You will support daily operations, manage asset movements, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading, cross‑docking, and shipment consolidation activities.
• Maintain warehouse security, follow 5S methodology, and handle dangerous or temperature‑sensitive cargo.
• Operate and report on warehouse management systems (SAP/WMS) and other electronic tools.
• Execute container stuffing/unstuffing, transhipment, and transloading operations.
• Identify operational shortfalls, support maintenance requests, and assist with incident or crisis management.
• Apply environmental protection and workplace safety (WSH) procedures.

Required profile

• GCE N/O Levels or NITEC qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
• Good team player, capable of working independently.
• Forklift licence preferred.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Forklift operation (preferred).
