Luxury Retail Event Intern

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic interns to support a high‑profile made‑to‑order luxury fashion event. This short‑term role offers hands‑on exposure to retail operations, client engagement, and event execution in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and ensure presentation standards are met.
• Support Client Advisors during client appointments, fittings, and sample presentations.
• Prepare, organize, and display made‑to‑order samples, fabrics, and product displays.
• Maintain the event space, welcome and guide guests, and provide a polished client experience.
• Handle stock replenishment and provide administrative and operational support as needed.

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting and work occasional evenings or weekends.
