A Maintenance Technician 4 position based in Singapore (Bedok area) is open, posted through a recruiter. The role covers the upkeep, troubleshooting and repair of machines, tools and equipment, and supports continuous improvement and health, safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair machines, tools and equipment so they stay in good working order.
• Respond to emergencies, breakdowns and malfunctions to minimise disruption to manufacturing.
• Define and run preventive maintenance programmes and techniques.
• Support environmental, health and safety programmes, including operating procedures, controls, environmental sampling and regulatory compliance.
• Work with outside contractors and suppliers on repairs, and install and commission plant machines and equipment.
• Give feedback and recommendations to the Plant Engineering Manager on maintenance needs.
• Administer, inspect and monitor preventive maintenance and ad-hoc work.
• Support continuous improvement and CORE activities, and hold a minimum CORE champion certification.
• Take part in EH&S activities: report incidents and hazards, perform risk assessments, comply with regulations and use PPE, and attend EH&S training.
• Follow the RTX Code of Ethics, trade policies and quality requirements, aiming to satisfy customers the first time.
