About the role

We are looking for a junior Maintenance Technician to support on‑site chiller, ACMV and HVAC systems across Singapore. The role involves immediate incident response, routine checks and hands‑on repair work while collaborating with engineers to optimise plant performance.

Key responsibilities

Standby on‑site for immediate response to equipment incidents.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and report faults to the Engineer.
Perform repair tasks and actively participate in hands‑on maintenance.
Monitor chiller plant performance and assist in optimisation efforts.
Prepare accurate service reports for periodic maintenance and address customer complaints.

Required profile

At least 1 year of experience with chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems.
Relevant Nitec or Diploma in engineering.
Experience coordinating with third‑party service providers.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed.
