About the role

Mirxes is seeking bright graduates to join its Management Associate Programme, a fast‑track development path that bridges academic knowledge with real‑world biotech impact. Participants will rotate across the full value chain of precision medicine, gaining exposure to research, product development, operations and commercial strategy within a globally‑focused Singaporean company.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and contribute to the translation of microRNA research into multi‑cancer early detection (MCED) diagnostic solutions.
• Work alongside R&D, manufacturing and commercial teams to understand how each function interlinks.
• Support global‑local initiatives that scale Mirxes’ technologies to international healthcare systems.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects that reinforce a holistic view of the organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Post‑Doctorate degree in Biomedical Sciences or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or professional with less than three years of relevant experience.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a high‑growth environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to be based in Singapore for the duration of the programme.
