Manager, Change Management and Communications

About the role

The Manager, Change Management and Communications is a core member of Marriott’s Business Transformation Office, reporting to the Director of Change Management & Communications for the APEC and Greater China region. This full‑time position will lead the execution of communications and employee‑recognition initiatives that support the Digital + Technology Transformation program across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a master communications calendar, ensuring timely creation, review, and distribution of executive messages, FAQs, newsletters, digital updates and change announcements.
• Produce and manage end‑to‑end communications content, coordinating translation workflows and regional approvals to guarantee consistency and quality.
• Partner with Deployment, Continent and program teams to execute deployment communications and meet defined success metrics.
• Prepare status updates, briefing notes and presentations for senior leaders, and support town‑hall and all‑hands events.
• Oversee the employee recognition and reward program, managing gamification, competitions, awards and peer‑recognition initiatives that celebrate milestones and reinforce desired behaviours.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
• Strong project‑management discipline and experience coordinating multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Proven experience designing and delivering employee recognition or reward programs.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across varied markets and cultures.
