Manager, IT (Solution Architect - Supply Chain)

About the role

We are looking for a senior IT leader who can translate complex supply‑chain challenges into cloud‑native digital solutions. As the Solution Architect for our smart‑warehouse ecosystem, you will design end‑to‑end architectures and guide agile teams from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑stack solution design, from hardware sizing to software deployment.
• Lead agile development teams, contribute code, and mentor engineers in React, Angular, Node.js.NET Core, Python and Java Spring.
• Architect API integrations with WMS, ERP (SAP) and automation subsystems, managing CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes and hybrid‑cloud (Azure/AWS) environments.
• Build event‑driven data pipelines feeding Azure Synapse, Power BI and real‑time AI dashboards.
• Integrate IoT devices such as e‑lockers, pick‑to‑light, robotic arms and AGVs with enterprise systems, ensuring OT/IT segmentation and cybersecurity compliance (ISO27001, SOC2, IM8).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems.
• 7‑10 years of experience in IT architecture, software development and supply‑chain system integration.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver large‑scale digital transformation projects.
