Manager – NBS Global Leaders Programme

About the role

The Manager will lead the recruitment, marketing and outreach activities for the NBS Global Leaders (NGL) programme at Nanyang Business School. Reporting to the Assistant Director of NGL and working closely with the Marketing, Outreach & Admissions pillar, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and drive execution of the marketing plan for the NGL programme.
• Analyse market trends, candidate insights and competitor activity to shape programme strategy.
• Spearhead social‑media marketing to boost engagement with prospective applicants and stakeholders.
• Organise and run information sessions, webinars and experience days locally and internationally.
• Plan and execute admissions processes for NGL applicants.
• Oversee an NGL staff member handling enrolment, curriculum planning and exchange activities.
• Support the Assistant Director with student management and curriculum matters.

Required profile

• Degree in any field (Business or Marketing preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Creative, innovative mindset for campaign development.
• Analytical thinker able to interpret campaign data.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends for outreach events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and performance tracking.
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and SendGrid.
• Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
• Project management skills for handling multiple projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data visualization.
