Manager, Sales - Emerging Small & Medium Business

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Manager, Sales for its Emerging Small Business (ESMB) segment in Singapore. You will lead a team of Account Executives, drive revenue growth, and shape the sales strategy for this high‑growth market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute strategies to grow revenue within the ESMB segment.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives, including recruiting, hiring, and training.
• Lead client and prospect meetings, collaborate cross‑functionally with corporate resources, and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Monitor team activity, conduct weekly forecast meetings, and report results to senior sales leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record in software sales, both as an individual contributor and a manager.
• Experience leading high‑volume transaction sales teams in an enterprise software environment.
• Ability to mentor, develop, and retain top sales talent.
• Strong presentation and listening skills, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
