Manager / Senior Assistant Manager, Social Care, PHCC

About the role

NUHS Population Health & Community Care (PHCC) is looking for a Manager or Senior Assistant Manager for Social Care. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Partnerships and Collaboration, the role focuses on the strategic development of portfolios to advance social-health integration and improve community care delivery. It covers ideating and managing collaborations with partners and within NUHS to support new policies and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategies and workplans to strengthen NUHS' role in new health and social policies and to advance social-health integration
• Identify opportunities and hold regular engagements with agency and community partners and internal stakeholders to drive shared successes
• Oversee end-to-end project management of assigned collaboration and initiative(s)

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in planning and strategic partnerships
• Experience in project conceptualisation and working with multiple stakeholders
