Manager / Senior Manager, Incentive Policy

About the role

This role strengthens the governance frameworks behind NAC's funding initiatives (grants, partnerships and commissions), covering funding policy development, process optimisation and compliance monitoring. It is central to ensuring accountability and effectiveness of those initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and manage governance frameworks for funding initiatives, including developing and maintaining SOPs, toolkits and guidelines for grant administration.
• Work with Internal Audit to review and strengthen internal controls, implement recommendations and track resolution of audit observations.
• Coordinate external audits of funded recipients, working with external auditors and Internal Audit on scope, outcomes and process/policy improvements.
• Strengthen governance of arts charities through an organisational health framework and related capability development programmes.
• Manage the Our Sg Grants (OSG) portal, supporting internal and external users and driving process improvements.
• Track and manage funding data and related data analysis.

Required profile

• At least 3 years' experience in grant management; governance, risk management and compliance experience preferred.
• At least 2 years' experience handling data, data analytics and/or managing systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with a track record of working with many internal and external stakeholders.
• Meticulous, organised and process-oriented, with strong analytical skills and judgement.
