Manufacturing Planner – Production & Material Planning

About the role

The Manufacturing Planner will coordinate production and material planning activities to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Based in Singapore, you will act as the primary liaison between customers, procurement, and production teams, balancing demand and supply while optimising inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder relations by handling customer purchase orders, reviewing forecasts, and aligning orders with inventory and production schedules.
• Plan and monitor demand‑supply commitments, analyse forecasts, and work with procurement to secure raw materials and components.
• Develop detailed delivery plans, coordinate with production, quality and engineering, and adjust schedules to meet customer commitments.
• Maintain product configurations, Bills of Materials and the fulfillment database; generate reports to support continuous improvement.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance supply‑chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support the Fulfillment Head of Department with ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in material or production planning, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and effective communication skills.
