The role is a hands-on manufacturing technician position supporting safe, compliant and efficient production in this new facility.

Key responsibilities

  • Run manufacturing activities according to approved electronic batch records, SOPs, permits, cGMP, data integrity and safety, health and environmental requirements; operate equipment and control systems within approved ranges and call out deviations, alarms and quality risks.

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and delivery in a regulated manufacturing environment, with a safety-first attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and good attention to detail.
  • Desirable: experience in pharma/biopharma GMP manufacturing, equipment troubleshooting, and ADC, high-containment, high-potency or aseptic manufacturing.

Required skills

  • Good understanding of GMP documentation, deviation management, change control, CAPA and equipment lifecycle management.
  • Desirable: experience with Emerson DeltaV, Veeva QualityDocs, SAP, Siemens PLCs, and structured problem solving, root cause analysis or Lean Six Sigma.

The role involves in-person work, on average at least three days per week from the office, with some flexibility. The closing date is 28 October 2026.
