Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professional (Mid-Senior Level)

About the role

Hire Resolve is recruiting experienced manufacturing and supply chain professionals for Singapore-based operations. The roles suit mid- to senior-level people with a background in manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics or quality, offering a path toward senior leadership. Successful candidates help optimise production and supply chain processes, improve efficiency, ensure quality and safety standards and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support manufacturing, production and supply chain operations
• Manage production planning, scheduling, inventory control and materials flow
• Optimise workflows, processes and systems to improve efficiency, cost control and service levels
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics and maintenance teams
• Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, WSH requirements and ISO quality standards
• Monitor KPIs such as production output, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, quality and cost
• Support supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation
• Lead, mentor and support teams, supervisors, planners and engineers
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Contribute to strategic planning, capacity planning and long-term improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline
• 5-10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or industrial operations
• Experience in manufacturing/production management, supply chain/planning, procurement/sourcing, logistics/warehousing/distribution, process engineering or quality engineering/management
• Strong understanding of Singapore-based manufacturing and supply chain operations
• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing sectors is advantageous

Required skills

• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar methodologies
• ERP, MRP, WMS or MES systems
• Leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, regulated environments
