About the role

This position supports the manufacturing and production of medical devices in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. The role operates on a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule and includes island‑wide company transport.

Key responsibilities

Assist in the assembly and production of medical devices.
Perform hands‑on assembly tasks and operate manufacturing tools and equipment.
Conduct basic quality and safety checks following standard procedures.
Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the shift.

Required profile

NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline.
No prior experience required – fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome.
Willingness to work 12‑hour rotating day and night shifts.

What we offer

Monthly salary of SGD 2,700 – 3,000.
Shift allowances: $15 for day shifts, $23 for night shifts, plus an additional $300.
Quarterly incentive up to 10% of salary.
