Marketing Associate – Italian Cuisine Brand

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to develop and execute marketing strategies that position our Italian cuisine venue as a market leader. The role blends strategic planning with creative execution across digital, social, PR and events.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement 360-degree marketing campaigns that reflect the venue’s unique brand identity.
• Create on-brand content for social media, e‑mail newsletters and the website, and manage daily channel updates.
• Analyse campaign performance data to optimise reach and engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers and industry partners; produce press releases, media kits and coordinate interviews.
• Identify and manage partnership opportunities, and plan marketing activities for events, collaborations and seasonal launches.
• Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to align marketing initiatives with guest experience and loyalty programmes.
• Produce visual assets, edit photos and videos, and oversee production of marketing collateral with external agencies.
• Maintain the master project timeline and communicate marketing priorities in outlet meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in F&B or hospitality marketing (fresh graduates are also welcome).
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-profile brands or projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Ads Manager, SEO platforms, Mailchimp and CRM systems.
• Strong visual design skills using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in photography and videography for social media content.
