Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager – E-commerce

About the role

A client of the recruiter handles the sales and marketing of consumer electronics and home appliances in Singapore. It is looking for a Marketing Executive or Assistant Manager based in Bedok, working full time Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. The role centres on digital and online marketing, including e-commerce campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run integrated e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales revenue, and monitor them daily
• Manage online campaigns across multiple channels and coordinate with internal stakeholders on pricing, catalogue and inventory strategies
• Analyse online customer behaviour and work with creative and e-commerce vendors so that collaterals match branding guidelines
• Provide copywriting support and help agencies generate campaign creatives
• Manage online marketplaces and the customer online journey, and explore D2C features with stakeholders
• Manage platform chatbots and perform monthly sales, inventory and purchase management
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience for the executive level, 4-5 years for the assistant manager level
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms, online stores and direct-to-consumer sales
• Experience in customer engagement, roadshows, events, promotions, flash sales, livestreams and email marketing

Required skills

• Understanding of key online metrics such as site traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate and average order value
