Marketing Executive (SEO, SEM & Digital Marketing)

About the role

Fuku is hiring a full-time Marketing Executive in Singapore. The role covers SEO and SEM, B2B digital marketing, content creation and reporting, working closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads (SEM) campaigns to maximise performance and ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Optimise website content, landing pages and technical SEO.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and other tools.
• Develop and run B2B digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns and other digital channels.
• Create content for websites, EDMs, social media and marketing materials.
• Work with the Sales team on lead quality and conversion.
• Analyse campaign results, prepare reports with recommendations and stay up to date with SEO, SEM and digital marketing trends.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO and SEM.
• Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
• Strong analytical skills, good communication and content writing skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• SEO best practices and keyword research.
• SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar.
