Marketing Executive – Social Media & E‑Commerce

About the role

We are seeking a creative Marketing Executive to join BFMBFM Singapore’s dynamic team. The role focuses on planning and executing brand campaigns, producing engaging social media content, hosting livestreams, and managing collaborations with UGC creators and KOLs for our beauty portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing and e‑commerce campaigns to support new product launches and key promotions.
• Maintain and update product listings and content across online platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.
• Develop and manage a content calendar for all social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Monitor audience engagement, analyse performance metrics and optimise strategies to increase reach.
• Host livestream sessions as the brand’s on‑camera representative to boost awareness and sales.
• Coordinate user‑generated content initiatives and nurture relationships with KOLs and influencers.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication and project‑management abilities.
• Experience in e‑commerce, retail or the beauty industry is a plus.
