About the role

Join our banking team as a Marketing Graduate and support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of multi‑channel campaigns aimed at acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to analyse results and help optimise future initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
• Track and analyse key performance metrics, measuring campaign impact and recommending optimisation.
• Create clear and engaging marketing copy for campaigns, newsletters, ads, and social media posts.
• Assist partnership marketing initiatives, liaising with external partners and managing deliverables.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer behaviour.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Prior internship or project experience in marketing, CRM, or data analysis is a plus.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with numbers, basic reporting, and campaign tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and creativity.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital campaigns, or content creation.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
