Marketing Manager – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead brand positioning, guest engagement and commercial initiatives for JEN Singapore Tanglin. You will shape 360° campaigns across digital, social, email, print and more, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our fresh, on‑brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across all channels.
• Create compelling content – photography, video, design assets, guest communications and collateral.
• Lead F&B marketing for our dining outlets, including campaign ideation, partnerships, promotions and events.
• Develop festive retail campaigns such as Chinese New Year hampers, Christmas treats and seasonal pop‑ups.
• Drive CSR and sustainability initiatives through purpose‑focused campaigns.
• Maintain and update the hotel website, third‑party listings and ensure fresh digital content.
• Own social media strategy, posting, community engagement and performance tracking.
• Manage media outreach, press releases and influencer relations.
• Respond to online reviews and comments with professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams, regional colleagues and external partners on brand‑wide projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, F&B or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong content creation, campaign planning and digital marketing expertise.
• Excellent social media, public relations and media‑relations capabilities.
• Creative, collaborative, detail‑oriented with a positive, can‑do attitude.
