Marketing Manager – Hospitality (up to $6,500)

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for a premium lifestyle and hospitality brand. You will shape integrated marketing and communications strategies across digital, social, advertising, content and creative channels to grow brand awareness and drive commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, advertising, communications and creative.
• Lead digital initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, influencer, affiliate, mobile and display advertising.
• Strengthen brand positioning, messaging and market presence across all touchpoints.
• Analyse consumer behaviour, create customer personas and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales to align initiatives and drive brand awareness.
• Monitor competitors and market trends.
• Contribute to quarterly and annual business planning, including marketing objectives and hiring plans.
• Provide leadership to the marketing team, setting priorities and ensuring execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, attractions, F&B or lifestyle.
• Proven track record of successful integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of branding, positioning, communications and customer acquisition.
• Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
