About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development of dealer‑specific Strategic Growth Plans (SGP) to drive services growth across construction industries. This role combines deep data analysis with cross‑functional leadership to create actionable, multi‑year growth strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams toward common growth objectives.
• Analyze data, Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Business (VOB) to draw strategic and tactical recommendations.
• Develop 1‑3 year strategic and tactical execution plans focused on business growth.
• Create detailed action plans that can be governed as projects.
• Identify potential roadblocks and collaborate across teams to enable progress.
• Set clear scope, timelines, and success metrics for each initiative.
• Manage stakeholders, aligning leaders, partners, and teams.

Required profile

• Customer focus with extensive experience aligning decisions to customer needs.
• Strong decision‑making and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Proven negotiation skills across internal and external partners.
• Effective relationship‑management experience.
