Marketing Manager

About the role

Fuku is hiring a full-time Marketing Manager in Singapore. The role leads the marketing function, builds brand awareness and drives business growth through strategy, campaigns and data-driven optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, guiding and supporting them to meet departmental goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and the competitive landscape.
• Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print and event channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams so marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise strategies and report on ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget and build relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners and vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably in the technology or data center industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media and content marketing.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Required skills

• Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM systems and analytics platforms.
