About the role

Join Pizza Hut North Asia Franchise Markets as a Marketing Manager and lead the transformation of a vibrant, multi‑market portfolio. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and franchise teams across Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Myanmar and Mongolia to drive sales growth and deepen brand love.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with franchise marketing teams to design integrated annual marketing plans that boost same‑store sales and weekly transactions.
• Translate global brand strategy into culturally resonant local campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
• Guide franchisees on growth levers such as product innovation, pricing, promotions, CRM, loyalty and customer engagement.
• Lead Digital‑First initiatives, including performance marketing, app engagement and loyalty program activation.
• Use data, analytics and customer insights to improve targeting, personalization and campaign ROI across omnichannel touchpoints.
• Share best practices, emerging creative trends and innovative ideas across markets to raise execution standards.
