Marketing Manager, SEA

About the role

Van Cleef & Arpels is seeking a Marketing Manager for the Southeast Asia (SEA) region to lead the implementation of its product strategy across jewelry, high jewelry and timepieces. Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Director, you will shape 360° marketing plans that drive growth and reinforce the Maison’s luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies and annual 360° plans for Jewelry, High Jewelry and Timepieces in SEA markets.
• Lead the planning and launch of high‑value collections, coordinating boutique implementation, sales reporting, stock management, visual merchandising and product training.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing dynamics and counterfeit risks to provide strategic intelligence.
• Drive product expertise through training programs and close collaboration with retail, training and cross‑functional teams.
• Lead, coach and develop the SEA marketing team, fostering a high‑performing, client‑centric culture.

Required profile

• Strong experience in luxury retail marketing or merchandising with a solid understanding of the SEA market.
• Proven ability to work in matrixed business environments and navigate market dynamics.
• Excellent interpersonal, people‑management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and data interpretation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional Asian language(s) are a plus.
