Marketing Operations Intern (Regional)

About the role

Fresh, the beauty brand within LVMH, is looking for a Regional Marketing Operations Intern in Singapore. This is a 6-month internship running from January to June 2027, supporting the region's day-to-day marketing operations and creative work on a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support and lead end-to-end management of regional marketing projects such as GWPs, PR Kits and animation sets, including sourcing and liaising with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Support trade operations and maintenance of Sephora launches, including New Item Forms, on-site PDP, banners, social asset refresh and regional animation submissions
• Design and adapt regional creatives and marketing collaterals such as PR kits, in-store brochures, sample kits and storytelling eDMs
• Create all creative needs for online marketplaces such as Lazada
• Compile and review campaign post-mortem reports for HQ, including competitor marketing activities, market trends and competitive performance analysis

Required profile

• Able to commit full time to the internship from January to June 2027
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude, organised and efficient, comfortable with creative tools and interested in visual content and digital assets
• Passionate about marketing and eager to learn
• Excellent organisational, communication and analytical skills, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Required skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
