About the role
We are looking for a Materials Planner to manage material requirements and inventory for our manufacturing operations in Singapore. The role ensures that raw materials and components are available to meet production schedules while maintaining optimal stock levels.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate material requirements based on production schedules.
- Ensure raw materials and components are available for production.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages.
- Prepare material requirement plans based on demand forecasts.
- Maintain optimal inventory to avoid overstocking, excess inventory, and material wastage.
- Review slow‑moving and obsolete materials.
- Ensure accurate inventory records.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.
- Coordinate material availability according to production timelines.
