About the role

We are seeking an M&E Coordinator to oversee mechanical and electrical works across projects islandwide in Singapore. The role ensures timely completion, compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements, and close collaboration with consultants and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all M&E works, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.
Manage M&E documentation, including progress reports, submittals, quality checklists, and running bills.
Prepare quotations, quantity take‑offs, and shop drawings for tenders.
Liaise with consultants, clients, and construction professionals to resolve issues and track design changes.

Required profile

Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore.
Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently.
Availability to commence on short notice.

Required skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
