Mechanical Aircraft Technician (Airframe)

About the role

Bombardier is seeking a Mechanical Aircraft Technician specialized in airframe work to join its maintenance team. You will be responsible for ensuring aircraft are safe, serviceable, and compliant with all technical data while supporting a fast‑paced maintenance environment.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft, including engines, avionics, and airframe components.
• Execute a broad range of maintenance tasks while adhering strictly to schedules, targets, and approved procedures.
• Verify aircraft conformity and the condition of engine or cockpit pieces.
• Repair reported defects and maintain overall aircraft serviceability.
• Supervise or coordinate with other technicians and assist in training activities.

Required profile

• Aviation or trade‑specific training or an equivalent qualification.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands‑on experience with aircraft mechanical systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work closely with other departments to ensure smooth project progress.
