Mechanical Engineer – Singapore

About the role

As a Mechanical Engineer you will apply a strong foundation in physics, mathematics and materials science to solve complex mechanical problems. You will design and implement custom tooling, support the handling, assembly and disassembly of components, and ensure compliance with industry standards throughout the product life cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot difficult mechanical problems with limited supervision.
• Develop, design or modify mechanical layouts, schematics and drawings for complex scopes.
• Lead or execute projects, develop key suppliers and generate mechanical product specifications.
• Design and implement custom tooling, fixturing and associated processes.
• Coordinate procurement and assembly of mechanical components, ensuring adherence to standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 4‑7 years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience with CAD software, thermodynamics, sheet‑metal design and material selection.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods, GD&T and flow analysis.
