Planning and Control Planner (Shift)

About the role

The Production and Control Planner supports material control, inventory transactions, quality notification implementation, and project execution activities, acting as a key contact for part status inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to ad‑hoc part status queries from Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide updates on material availability, inventory status, shortages and open orders.
• Coordinate and execute Quality Notification (QN) implementation activities with cross‑functional teams.
• Perform SAP transactions for material movements, goods receipts, inventory transfers and stock adjustments.
• Support project execution by placing project materials into On‑Hand inventory status and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, production control, inventory management or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of SAP (especially MIGO transactions) is preferred.
• Familiarity with Quality Notification processes is an advantage.
