Medical Technologist I/II

About the role

ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is hiring Medical Technologists I/II for its Loyang office in Singapore. You will perform laboratory tests and analyses to support clinical research initiatives, generating accurate and reliable data for the development of new therapies. The work is office-based.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses according to established protocols, regulatory guidelines and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
• Prepare and process biological samples while keeping proper documentation and quality control measures.
• Assist in calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve laboratory issues and support clinical trial operations.
• Stay current on laboratory techniques and advancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR) holder.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science or Biomedical Science.
• Preferred: experience in a clinical laboratory or a relevant internship.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
