About the role

We are seeking a Member of Technical Staff specializing in Legal Research to join a leading software development organization on a full‑time remote basis. In this role you will bridge legal expertise and technology, helping shape products that comply with complex regulatory frameworks while driving innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, and case law to guide product decisions.
• Develop technical frameworks and tools that automate legal research processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed legal insights into product design.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Draft technical documentation and guidelines for legal compliance in product development.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proven experience in legal research methodologies and regulatory analysis.
• Ability to translate legal concepts into clear technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
