Merchandiser – Islandwide FMCG Retail Role

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Merchandiser to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) team in Singapore. You will be responsible for ensuring our coconut products are attractively presented across a network of retail outlets island‑wide.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets daily according to the schedule provided by the supervisor.
• Maintain neat, correct, and appealing product displays on shelves.
• Check stock levels, rotate inventory using FIFO, and remove expired or near‑expired items.
• Build good relationships with outlet buyers, managers, and staff.
• Secure sales orders and support promotions, new listings, price changes, and display plans.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, product placement, and outlet display issues.
• Submit daily merchandising reports, sales orders, and feedback to the supervisor.
• Assist with roadshows, in‑store promotions, picking, packing, and deliveries as needed.
• Perform any other ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum ‘N’ Level or equivalent qualification.
• No prior experience required; retail, sales or FMCG experience is a plus.
• Positive attitude, service‑oriented and good communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between assigned outlets and perform hands‑on duties.
• Ability to lift items of at least 10 kg.
• Own motorcycle may qualify for a transport allowance.

• Permanent contract with a monthly salary of SGD 2000‑2200 (visible).
